Curved Helix similar to a seal retaining spring. Illustrates how the use of surfaces can be used to create construction geometry. The helical construction surface sweep also makes use of SolidWorks' ability to "Twist along Path"

Shows how to create and use a “Form Tool” to create a cross-break in sheet metal components (this question crops up a lot in the newsgroup).
Note my preferred method of showing a cross break, would be to add some notes and lines in the drawing, to indicate the cross-break. As it is the quickest and easiest solution.
